Shipments and delivery

PostNL is busier than usual, each shipment can now take up to 12 working days.

We ship everything from the Netherlands with PostNL. For the Netherlands, if you have placed and paid for an order during the week before 16:00, you will receive it the next day. No mail is delivered on Sunday and Monday, orders placed during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday. For Belgium, delivery takes one or two working days longer.

PACKAGING

Your order will be packaged in a discreet bubble wrap envelope, without our website name on it. This packaging therefore makes it completely impossible to see what is inside.

If you also order a vape battery, it will be packed in a letterbox box.

What if an order does not arrive?

Because we ship from the Netherlands with PostNL, the chance that an order does not arrive is very small. If it does happen that PostNL loses the order, we will ensure a reshipment.
